The City of Abacus, V V Brown

University ends; outlook broadens.

Yesterday evening was a wonderful suprise. Called two hours before the event was to start, I went from the nightmarish ordeal of learning shorthand, to the ecstatic, if not hysterical world of a fifteen year old cider drinker. Thinking back on it only makes me more typsy.

It was the launch of the new comic by V V Brown, The City of Abacus. Situated in a musical utopia, the contents of this mad world had been extrapolated, arranged and plastered about The Book Club in Shoreditch. It was all very impressive.
